I thought for the sake of a few quid I'd get one and report the old findings.

So whilst not identical it works as advertised in a Lotus housing fine.

Now to be really perdantic, the Lotus item has a guard to stop you burning yourself, where as the Vauxhall Item withdraws into itself and the button pops out a little further when used.

I have one similar if not the same fitted to my car. I used the clear surround rather than sticking with the orange plastic and used a blue LED bulb to get a blue light to match the rest of my dash (when its all done that is)
