Probably been covered previously but I can't see it.

The coolant header tank is part no. GM 90128691 (off a Vauxhall Nova I think ??)

Correct, and when you order one from Vauxhall, get a new cap to go with it - it is also the same one as a Vauxhall Nova/Corsa

Bailey Motorsport do a nice polished aluminium one as well, if your feeling flush, think you can get them for about £100 !
