Hi,
Can somebody just help out an idiot quickly? Given the problems that can occur with a split, and having such a split in my nearside outer, while the car is up on the rack I am going to have all outer and inner CV joint boots replaced.
I have searched diligently and found that the outer CV joint boot is Renault part number 8671002726, and will order this tomorrow.
But all I have found through searching is that the innner kits are readily available, and off an Opel, and nothing specific. It would be really amazing if somebody who recently has had to do this could just tell me what to order!
Ta in advance,
Jeemy

My rebuilder says they are off a 1990 subaru wagon. The outer boots are from a 1989 Ford Escort.

Do you mean a Subaru wagon? Escorts defnitely make it over here to UK, Subaru not 100% but I will ring a dealer.

subaru wagon.....I think is either forester, outback, or legacy.......
I think the term wagon is generic for station wagon....ie estate to me and you......
but they make quite a few estate type cars........
