Receiver/Dryer x-reference

Postby Fubar1764 » Wed 24.05.2006, 15:50

The current part is Four Seasons 33455. It fits a 88-93 Pontiac. Sells for approximately $40, not the 200GBP Lotus would like!
Hope someone finds this helpful.

Yesterday, I replaced the receiver/dryer. The replacement part was Frigette #207-504. The can is a little bit taller than the OEM, but the fittings fit exactly. The item was $16.

Bit of a thread revival but here goes.

For those of us with AC, Compressortech sell a Parker reciever dryer, part number 085268-03 which is identical to the Lotus item. They tell me this is a common fit to older classic cars, they also sell the fitting adaptors. Cost £25.

I was getting ready to ask about a dryer part number. AS the warm weather approaches the a/c compressor needs to be changed.

Thanks for the info

For Elan M100 with AC air conditioning

receiver drier replacement identified.
For LHD M100, UAC brand, RD 6166C is a suitable replacement.
