I'm sure I recognise the introduction for this car from somewhere...
NMY On eBay
"Unless you have owned one, you will never have driven a car like the M100 Lotus Elan - because there has never been a car like it! What other car offers supercar performance, world-class handling, modern material design and build, hand-crafted construction, reliability, convertible fun, excellent efficiency and mileage, and gorgeous styling? NONE (at least, none that readily spring to mind!)."

Yes - it made my blood boil too.
The whole advert is plagiarised from various sites, books and articles.
Shows some inventiveness though!

So what colour do we think this is, now?
Do we think he's had it sprayed the Green Metallic a la the 11 Ltd Edition Elan S2s?

Not sure about the paint colour.
But what about the seats? Shouldn't there be some yellow stripes on them???

Having spoken to the guy selling it, it sounds like its Lotus Racing Green, ie the colour of the S1 Elise. Its also for sale on AT for £6300. I'd have been keen for £4k but he's not going to let it go for that.
