The saggy drivers seat looks like it’s done more miles. Saggy seatbelt too. I suspect everything rubber except tires needs replacing so probably needs some work to become a driver.

Not complaining but went back to look at Pic. again agree more miles then stated. Bonnet heat shield, driver seat black dye wearing off.

I don't think I've ever seen Elan seats that don't have that kind of wear. Our seats age like avocados

I'v got 52K on mine and seats are as tight as when new. Has this car been in the Sun? check out passenger dash vent.

You're lucky! I had my seats redone ($1400 for brand new leather) and the drivers seat is already baggy after 5k miles. Maybe I'm too heavy at 175 lbs.

Figured I might get a better response on this website from actual M100 owners and drivers. On the BAT listing video, what is the "chirping" sound between upshifts? Especially audible around the 8:00 mark. Also wondered about the noticeable vibration in the passenger seat during the drives. It almost seems like the seat is not properly anchored. And lastly, those passenger side dash blemishes look like a costly fix to me. I had an MGB years ago where the foam backing got creased when I was stupidly hauling something in the passenger seat that I shouldn't have. MGB forum sites listed many fixes trying to inject sealers thru the covering but nothing seemed to work acceptably. I finally ended up buying a new foam dash and swapped everything out. A pretty expensive lesson to learn and quite a nightmare chore to change. Has anyone here ever swapped a dash covering in an M100? Are they even available?

The "chirping" is just the turbo. It's normal (but it usually doesn't sound so prominent, but I always have the top down so...)
Couldn't say about the other stuff though.

Didn't listen to Video 1st go around but there seams to be a squeal in the gearbox, very ratty exhaust note. The seat vibration
may be bearing related if the tires are new.

No action on BAT on Superbowl Sunday. It will be interesting to see how much the bidding increases before closing time. To me, the engine and transmission sounds a bit off after sitting mostly idle over 30+ years. Either poorly stored or not properly checked over bringing it out of retirement. I can’t say as I’ve ever heard any turbo chirping listening to other videos that are out there on these cars. To me, money is better spent on a high mileage M100 with good maintenance receipts and better yet with some nice performance options added by the Owner.
