Unsure if this belongs to a member or used to be Sideways car. Nice looking example but with the mileage shown i don't believe it would get more than the asking price on BAT, but I've been wrong before, often

Nice! Congrats, looks nice in white and a rare Canadian car. Like others those wheels look great on this car, the gloss black with polished lip suit the lines perfectly. I can see it has an aftermarket alarm system but wondered what that odd looking switch is below the hazard ? EDIT: As posted below it is the V5 switcher, so lots of fun to be had, this also confirms that this is the car that used to be owned by 'sideways' who was a forum member previously but hasn't been on since he sold the car in July 2021. You can read about his fun with the car and its shipping out from Montreal by searching his name.

Is that not an ESM Switcher?
That would be a nice asset!

I do!
It’s an S2 wheel with painted center. I plastidipped it, still on for 8 years or so.
If you don’s fancy the black part anymore, you simply pull it off.
The shiny part is not polished, but simply the underlaying OEM color (at least with my wheels)
I have one set or sale.

The odd thing is . . . I do not particularly like those aftermarket rims. Each to his own, I guess. I believe the wheels are AKS from Germany (but I cannot confirm this yet).
The car also comes with the OZ factory rims. I plan on refinishing those and powder-coating them in silver. If I end up using the aftermarket rims, they too will be refinished and powder-coated silver. I prefer the "monoblock" look of an all one-colour rim. The polished rim edge, though easy to refinish curb scratches, does not do it for me.

As you say, each to his/her own. They look like they fill the arches out nicely though, more so than the stock 16 inch wheels, are they 17 inch ?

Yes it is, it's me that installed this a few years ago while the car was still in Montreal
