Pass through sockets?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any pass-through sockets? Currently trying to remove the windscreen wiper assembly, but it's got a number of tricky-to-access bolts.

The clearance is too limited to get a socket and wrench on there; however, there are raised edges around the bolts, which means a wrench won't fit either. I essentially need a socket with an end that will fit in a wratechting wrench. - I have these in a hex bit form (super useful for undoing engine mount bolts), but I'm struggling to find any in a socket form. I'm quite sure I have seen some before, so perhaps I'm just typing the wrong thing into Google.

Any thoughts?
