Dear All:
After a prolonged sabbatical, I'm back. In the days and weeks ahead I will come clean with what I have been up to including tearing down my house, rebuilding it as the general contractor, moving my practice, starting a family and being an all-around layabout. But the good news is that life is subsiding a bit, I am recovering from projectus overloadus and getting ready to launch back into life with M100s. Stay tuned for Project Asta and Project Aras.
Sincerely,
Algirdas

18 months ago then went AWOL. I hope you've got a permission slip from Asta this time.

Not a lot has happened here other than Gareth acquiring a terrible stutter.

Dear All:
Geoff, you busted me! For the last year I have been fighting a spirit of laziness. All I wanted to do is work my day job, come home and spend time with my little boy. I still have some of this going on, but I have several projects sitting in my garage and Asta has made it clear-NO more new projects until the old ones are finished. Plus there is no more room in the garage for anything more. Slowly, but surely, I am getting the garage whipped into shape. The parts washer will be operational tomorrow. Next the media blaster and the compressed air lines. Then storage shelves for when the Elans come apart. And I have to get the heaters plumbed. Its cold in there in January. Plus, I need to do an inventory of what I have lurking in the crawlspace under the house.
Did I tell you that I purchased a THIRD wrecked Elan? This one had the misfortune of being parked too close to a house that caught fire. This one is Project Aras. Should be interesting. Fortunately, both my wife and my three year old are Petrol Heads.
Sincerely,
Algirdas

Hey welcome back! I've got a new family of my own so I certainly understand choosing our priorities! Congratulations on the little boy (pictures?) and getting back into the car stuff.

Well, it hasn't as far as Dico is concerned
But Bob the brakes has been kicked into touch, True blue (C10DUS) has made a comeback and gone again, Rip's gone purple and Geoff has got uglier and older

Dear Rambo:
Now I know you are pulling my leg. We all know Geoff is like a bottle of fine wine and only gets better with time. And if he were to get uglier with time, he still has a long way to go to catch up to me.
Feels good to be back. When is the next Club Lotus event?
Sincerely,
Algirdas

When I saw the thread title, my initial thoughts were 'good grief, True Blue is back'
& my purple seats have been in place for about 3 years now
