I never particularly liked the EBC Greenstuff pads on the front as they took too long to warm up from cold.

However, are your experiences based on the latest pad formula for Greenstuff, or on an older version? EBC, I understand, have changed it over the years and the current version may have addressed your issues.

Only asking as I want to fit new rear pads and am unsure between green or yellow!

Hi Fredjohn - I have checked my records and my experiences with EBC Greenstuff's were over 11 years ago So I'm guessing it was the older compound. I still have the remains of them in a box if anyone would like to see just how bad they were !! Don't know why i don't just chuck them ?

As I mentioned, I'm more than happy with the EBC yellowstuff's on the front of one of mine for now

My EBC Greenstuff pads would have been a few years old too.

I'd stick to standard for the rear as I reckon they don't do a lot of work and don't get hot enough to warrant upgrading.

Thanks guys. Want to upgrade the rear pads as fronts are upgraded to Wilwood 4 pot, so trying to maintain the f/r balance.

Probably go yellow as only £12 more than green and will probably help a bit when I hit Stelvio in September!

Great, yes and yes! BUT do your brakes first, either very well maintained std set-up with decent pads or Hi-spec conversion.
