Newbie considering to become an M100 owner

Hi All

I currently run a BMW Z3 2.8 as a second car and am considering parting with it and become a Lotus Elan M100 owner. I guess I have plenty of reading to do in the first instance as I know nothing about these models and no doubt I will have many questions to follow.

Hoping I don't drive you mad with too many questions to follow.

Welcome to the forum. I'm based in Chester as well if you want to come and see my car I can talk you through what to look for when buying one. Currently its on axle stands with all the front suspension and front bumper off but that may make it easier to show you where some of the problems can be found. PM me if you want my contact details.

In answer to your question. I haven’t decided which route to go down so I think it’s fair to say at this stage that I have an open mind.
