Hi everyone. I've just purchased my first lotus. A nice red elan that should be getting dropped off this week.

I'm based in West yorkshire and look forward to hopefully getting it out and meeting people.

Pictures will follow once its delivered :-)

Hi & Welcome to LEC.

I'm sure that you'll love the roads round by you, as they are great for some Lotus driving (I was up there 3 weeks ago).
Dave

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it

...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

Welcome to Elan ownership. You’ve made the right decision joining this forum as there won’t be many questions that you’ll have that haven’t been answered already!
Where abouts in West Yorks are you?
I’m in Sowerby Bridge near Halifx.

Hi Paul,

As a fellow newbie to M100 ownership, welcome to an exciting new chapter in car ownership.
West Yorkshire isnt too far away from Lancashire, so maybe our paths will cross one day!
