Hi, Just introducing myself and my recently acquired 1991 Calypso Red Elan Turbo SE. I’m based just outside Aberdeen Scotland (loads of good driving roads in the area). The Elan was first registered as G333NFV in Blackpool (later plates include A16V SE) and has also resided in Durham, Bradford area, Surrey, Middlesex, Buckinghamshire, Llandudno - where I sourced it recently. Current plate is E7AN V.
If any previous owners recognise the car it would be great to know more about it.
Cheers,
Roger

Hi Roger and welcome to LEC.
I have to say, that with a fairly well-travelled elan with some memorable number plates during its time, it may well be known to someone.... but none of those numbers ring any bells with me I'm afraid.
Dave
Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it
...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

Welcome Roger.
Those no. plates aren't recognised by me either, so sorry, can't help with its previous history.
However, we do have lots of owners all over Scotland. I think your nearest LEC bod will be John Wham who lives near Aberdeen and is a fountain of M100 knowledge and good advice
Big Erch in Ballater also has an M100, along with a baby Elan and a lovely GTE Evora. Both are good, long term friends and thouroughly decent blokes. I'm sure your paths will cross at some point
