Thanks to all those who provided advice on refurbishing my Elan wheels.
I got all four cleaned up, powder coated in high-power silver and lacquered at
Lap-Tab in Birmingham. I got cheap replacement Lotus centre caps (actually for the Espirit) at
Lotus After Sales, and a set of shiny nut covers from eBay.
Whole job less than £250. Before and after photos
here if anyone's interested.
Thanks again,
James

there's a way to get replacement "Ruote O.Z." stickers for your wheels too if you are interested
if I remembered the details on them I would have written them so you'd have to ask the peanut gallery . . .

Monkey-in-Chief here:
They were printed by Phil Crampton who used to work for Nick Whale. However he has since left and sold his Elan.

Oliver,
Check
this thread.
I believe I've got the re-worked masters somewhere safely backed up as I think this was before my motherboard meltdown. Interest seemed to have died down (and I wasn't looking for work) but let me see if I can find it at the weekend. If you haven't heard from me, feel free to give me a prod!
Geoff
PS Did I thank you for returning the interface leads? Apologies if I didn't, but they arrived safely, thank you. Must see what we can do about the N/A interface as well.
