We haven't thought of the 3rd episode yet. I could add you as the last one of the 2nd list if you are ok with a set of generic silicone hoses (as what Marie and I have in my car). They are indeed very good quality, although Samco hoses I've just received in blue are thicker, hence the higher prices. Now just hope that they will deliver all the black hoses soon.

Personally I don't think we need Samco -- quite a pain just to find somebody that stock them or can do special order. They are nice though

For run # 2
1)woody : Samco black fittings,adaptor, re-route, and Greddy BOV.
2)Dean G : Black or blue, Samco fittings,adaptor, re-route, Greddy BOV
3) Rogerf : Red Samco fittings, adaptor, re-route, and Greddy BOV.
4) HIBUTK: Black Samco fittings, adaptor, reroute and Greddy BOV.
5) MattRI: Green (or Yellow) Samco fittings, adaptor, reroute and Greddy BOV
6) Peter: Black Samco fittings, adaptor, reroute and Greddy BOV.
7) drasicjazz: Blue silicone fittings, adaptor, re-route, and Greddy BOV.

drasicjazz: please feel free to change the color if it's in black that you prefer. :-)

I will IM you all for my paypal address. :smt006

You're welcome. Yes, that's correct. Then you would need to cut them to size.

I'm glad you got the hoses on order.

We select Greddy because their quick response design, reliability, build quality, and their race reputation. The spring tension of this model is also suitable for what we have in our car. Greddy sold a lot of BOV over the years and this is their latest design.

MHO in short, I like it, and I think it's a clear improvement over my old BOV :-D

Just got off the phone with Ekapol, the second run of pipes has officially started. He just picked up the raw materials and Greddy BOV's. With any luck we'll get things togeather before Donny and be able to distribute there for those in attendance. No promises though as Samco is being abit slow at the mo'.

On the "why Greddy" topic. I've used and raced with them for years. Great quality and best response for the size and price range + they look awesome and have a great sound for those that do not want to re-route. They're also the easiest to addapt to re-route and the easiest to adjust to various boost levels for the quickest response. Bottom line They're really good. 8)

Yeah, I picked up the BOV, pipes, flange adapters and the recirculation 1" adapter today. Altogether 7 sets.

Now we have many Greddy BOVs sitting in LGM's garage. Strange that we have a lot more BOV than the inventory at her friend's performance shop a block away :-D

UPDATE:

BOV run # 2
1)woody : Samco black fittings,adaptor, re-route, and Greddy BOV.
2)Dean G : Black or blue, Samco fittings,adaptor, re-route, Greddy BOV
3) Rogerf : Red Samco fittings,adaptor, re-route, and Greddy BOV. -- PAID
4) HIBUTK: Black Samco fittings, adaptor, reroute and Greddy BOV.
5) MattRI: Green (or Yellow) Samco fittings, adaptor, reroute and Greddy BOV -- PAID
6) Peter: Black Samco fittings, adaptor, reroute and Greddy BOV. -- IN TRANSIT
7) drasicjazz: Blue silicone fittings, adaptor, re-route, and Greddy BOV -- PAID (Belgium address)

Somehow the thread should have been changed to LGM BOV - intake pipe or sth. :P

Shibby!

You guys rock...

Ek- qq for you- does the blue anodized funnel end come off of the BOV? I was thinking of changing the color and was wondering if I will be able to remove and change or if I will have to mask and paint. Just wondering!

Thanks again for all your time, work and consideration- both of you!

 Cheers guys.

Yes, you will have the option either to keep the blue anodized part or replace it with the reroute funnel adapter or even adding the 1" samco hose on the reroute aluminum funnel. (as in the picture )

As for the sound, I think it's the most fun from what coming out from the blue anodized (as in the picture). 8 ports (holes) that they have on it will make some whisting -- by designed -- after letting go of most of the pressure.

Actually I might want to swap it back again .. for a change. :)
