Wouldn't this be a cool F'n Paintjob?

I was just perusing another thread (LEC ID tags) and saw this pic. As I looked at it, I couldn't help thinking the car looked pretty awesome with that ghost cat-on-skates across it. If I were a total LEC-head, with more money than I've got, I would be really tempted to carry a copy of that picture to a good paint shop and get my calypso red painted to look just like it. Talk about an attention grabber at LOG or Donny!

I really would, but there's no way I can. Money's out the door already for a new a-post seal (not cheap). In line behind that, just waiting to fly out the door too, is money for rear wishbones and recovering the seats. Then there's whatever amount I'm going to have to send to the shop to sort out my heater/AC blower exploding fuse problem.

It would put a smile on my face, though, if somebody did it.

Funny how Phil answered this thread.
When I owned the Flying Cat (now owned by Phil) - I had a plan to paint a yellow cat on skates across the bonnet.

you could likely get a custom-cut VINYL cat however large you want and lay it across the bonnet alone or with the fenders too and just stick it in place!

Dougie boy

Have you got commercial interests in vinyl?
Shares in the manufacturing company perhaps... ?

;-)

Or share JB's interest in vinyl?
