This may have been asked before and if so my apologies.
The PNM site states that if the exhaust is fitted to a car with a catalyst (mines an S2) the car will still pass it's MOT as long as the first cat is till functioning.
Can some confirm this?
Thanks

Back to the question. Having used PNM for the past couple of years for servicing and MOT's I'm sure if the website says it will pass the emissions then it will. You could always give Pete or John a ring to confirm. The MOT station they use is just beside their workshop and they have sold a lot of these exhausts and have never mentioned any issues and I was in there all the time. So long as you are sure your existing CAT is OK I'm sure it'll be fine.

My wife's just divorced me because I wouldn't open the car door for her!
To be fair I panicked and swam straight for the surface.

Thanks Andy, i didn't think that there would be a problem as i know pnm are well known but I was just wondering if anyone had had any problems.
Once the car is back on the road I'll probably get them to fit it get an omissions test.

I've finally got the PNM exhaust on the car and am quite surprised by the result.
Obviously it sounds better but it also seems to make the engine feel much better.
No boost creep either.

As i said on the MILLTEK thread, I have just had the PNM single box system fitted. The company was easy to deal with, it arrived next day and my guy that fitted it said it went on with no problems.
It is definitely louder (not unpleasantly so) but not when you are just pootling about. Get on an open road and hit the 'loud' pedal and it comes alive!!! the turbo seems to spin up quicker and stronger and it takes off like a scalded cat with the noise to match. Perfect!
