Hello all,
Does anyone have any advice before the warranty runs out in a couple of weeks.
So basically not sure if it’s a turbo issue or not and it does not happen all of the time but
Sometimes it seems that when I’m driving and give the car a little acceleration and the turbo
Kicks in the car is sluggish and judders it feels like it’s pulling against you. My little knowledge is that
I know turbo power is not an instant thing. But this does not feel smooth. Any ideas?
Thanks and regards
Jamie

Did you ever get Gareth (theelanman) to get behind the wheel and give it the once over ? I would certainly advise asking a seasoned and experienced M100 owner to have a drive. Or, alternatively, having a drive if a well sorted one so that you can compare.
I can't remember if I asked you before.... but have you checked your wastegate is moving freely and the actuator capsule working as it should ? There is plenty of info on this in the wiki
And if you had a warranty on the car from a garage, get them to sort it out for you

Hi,
No I unfortunately didn’t get the chance to get someone behind the wheel to give
It the old once over who know’s these bad boys inside out. I don’t think it’s anything major and it does
Not always happen. I think like you say I’ll give the garage a ring and see if they will look at it before
Warranty ends at the end of the month.
Cheers

Yeah that would be great if you could give it the once over.
I am free Saturday and could pop up to Buxton. Whenever a time suits you.
Cheers for the offer.
