Securing Brake pipes to rear wishbones ?

Hello!

I had my new to me SE given the once over by my trusty local garage up on their ramp today. Overall it was all ok apart from a few minor issues / things to watch.

He identified that the rear brake pipes on the lower wishbones are crudely zip tied in place and appear to be moving and starting to very slightly wear. He suggested making up some rubber pipe sleeve spacers and re - zip tying them in place properly.

How where they fitted in the factory, and what have you guys used ?

There should be 3 (IIRC) in each wishbone...... these will do the job (3/16 singles!)

The clips are still available from lotus and not expensive

Wishbones have been painted / coated, will take a closer look tomorrow to see if i can find evidence of the old holes. If not it will be drill time!
