Screen Wash Bottle Cap

Should there be a seal around the cap of the screen wash bottle? I get the screenwash sloshing out past the cap when cornering, and there is some movement between the cap and bottle when the cap is attached.

The seal should cover the whole of the inside of the cap - it's basically a round disc.
