Fuel pump not working.

Postby Grahamj » Mon 05.10.2026, 13:09

Hi all, hopefully someone can help with a fuel pump problem. Went to move the car from the garage and would not start, no click from the fuel pump relay and no pump priming sound on switching ignition on. Fuel pump runs and car starts if I run a lead direct from the battery. Fuel pump relay removed and working and inertia switch in correct position. There is power at the fuse A3 in fuse board A but nothing at the inertia switch. Can anyone tell me where the immobiliser shown in the wiring diagram is located as this is the next point to check.
The siren is located in the boot adjacent to the battery and is a Gemini so suspect this is an original fitment? Also if the immobiliser was the cause would it disable other circuits so that even if I connect the fuel pump direct to the battery the car would not start. Just trying to figure out the possible cause.
Any help appreciated.
