5 point harness and stock seat belts

I'm looking to install a 5 point belt for track days and Autocross's. Were do you mount the shoulder harness to?

Also my stock belts don't retract well anymore, is there a fix for this or a place to send them to have them
rebuilt?

I have harness fitted, there some info here viewtopic.php?f=72&t=8724

but i`ve changed the position on some points since then, my harness go round the roll hoops. If you don`t have Roll bar then not to sure where you would bolt the shoulder straps as they need to be at the right angle
