I have a leaking coolant header tank, & see the GM replacement part number is GM 90128691 & is from a nova/corsa.
Does anyone know what years I need to be looking at in the scrap yard?
Is this false economy, Should I purchase new?
Any advice wouild be useful, steve.

Steve,
I think they were only about £15 new.

It cost me ~£40 from a Vauxhall dealer for header tank and cap.
I wouldn't bother with a scrapper, the join on mine had started to bubble coolant when hot, so a scrapper could prove an expensive (relatively) choice.

Thanks for the replies, have ordered one from local vauxhaull dealership £22.50 plus vat. Not worth getting a scrapper for that much.
Comes off Vauxhall Nova 1.2,1.4,1.6, 1983-92 incase anyone is interested, Steve.

Steve,
You'll need to buy the cap separately, unless your going to try the one you've got?
