Finally got the cars both clean at the same time and had the time and willing assistant to take the cars somewhere together for a few pictures.

It was a logistical nightmare. At home the Lotuses sit in the garage with three other cars on the drive. So first thing was to move those off to get the Lotuses out. I did this. Then put the other three back as I don't like leaving them on the road.

Off to the location then (only 10 minutes up the road). I drove the Elise, Lisa the Elan. Despite instructions otherwise she went too fast :x .

Took some pics then left the Elise up there and returned home in the Elan (Lisa drove too fast again but on the upside there was no boost creep :) ) to get the Merc. Returned to location and took some pictures.

The left the Merc at the location (most easy to secure and one less car back home to juggle on the drive). Put the Lotuses away then returned in my Focus to get the merc. The whole process took about 2 hours!

Realised during all this while putting lights on and off for some photos that when the car is warm and at standstill (air presure helps matters when moving) the right light doesn't want to come up. The flap needs adjusting so it clears the light better as it doesn't at the mo and they get stuck. I was going to refurb the lights at some point anyway so that has now crept up the list.
