new hood being fitted this week

Hi everyone
Perhaps one of you could put my mind at rest and aswer this question
When I am having the new hood fitted I am going to have some reinforcing material bonded into the rear corners where the frame pushes thro the fabric when its opened
But surely there must be a better way of stopping this happening, when they were new they didnt all do this staight of the prodution line .Is it because the frame is worn somewhere.
Its going to cost me 650.00 fitted and I am terrified that as soon as its opened for the first time, its going to tear again and I will be back to square one minus 650.00 quid
So all you guys who have experienced this and have had new hoods fitted without any hassle please put my mind at rest and let me know if there is anything else I have to do before or during fittment to stop this happening.
