Coolant tank leaking

Developed a leak at the upper hose connector on the coolant tank. The question is, can that seal be repaired with an epoxy glue or some such? Or am I destined for a new tank?

Mine broke off right at the lower connection when I tried to change the samco hose. Over time, the plastic material turned to be very brittle. I have X-treme tape holding the metal pipe to the bottom of the tank at the moment. Holding up well for few weeks now, so far so good.

New expansion tank is on its way, courtesy service from Geoff (check Elan Parts Wanted section)

Thanks Geoff for your generous offer! I figured the leak was too advanced though, so I order one from Dave Bean. $50, here over night. I also learned that the ball joints I ordered 2 years ago from Dave Bean, are in. Thanks again fellas.

That problem must be "going around." The inlet to my coolant reservoir broke on Friday, which is why I didn't make last Saturday's run from SantanaRow to Danville (there for lunch though). A new one is on the way.

The reservoir needed to be moved out of the way to gain access to the trans-filler. Just brittle from heat and age I guess.

ps Got new tank fit. My water pump is dripping now. New timing belt kit parts are on order.
