newbie question: 7x16 BBS wheels

Will 7x16 BBS wheels (I assume these are US spec) fit on a uk 1990 SE? I found them on the S J sportscars site.

those are probably the standard OE Elan M100 S2 spec wheels and if so they are the correct size and offset.
