Plastic Door inserts

Does anyone know if the door inserts behind the door handles which they sit in (the black plastic recesses) are GM parts? (In the Lotus parts manual it looks like they are listed as 'A100V0005F Escutcheon Door Release L.H.')

I have a cracked one on my SE which I'm looking to replace. Even better-- does anyone have a spare LH one that they would be willing to part with for cash? :-)
