yes and no...

depends on colour and which bits of carpet you require..

Wot you got....

or what do you want?

Router,

The best i can advise is to see if Lotus still have any of the nearside footwell ones left (They were being sold off for a fiver in January) and i think Jamie (Jimbob, on here) bought a few bits not so long ago.

The drivers side had to be bought from South West Lotus at their huge markup

Failing that, i think you will be unlucky in your quest, unless some ever appear again on e-bay.

The only other alternative is to see what else may be available and do a colour change. It's only the footwells which are moulded, the rest can be cut from flat carpet.

Algirdas did post something a while ago about some company in USA who were looking into moulding new ones, but i haven't seen anything since then.

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it

Dear Dave:

Mike K and I are looking into this albeit, at a glacial pace. Realistically, I need to get my act together on the Samco hoses, hand brake levers and the LOG. By that time, the coffin should be here with the gray carpet set that will be used as a template.

Did you know that Emerson Fittipaldi is being re-united with his Lotus 72 at Woody Creek raceway high in the Colorado mountains?

Sincerely,

Algirdas

Dapinky's right, S.W. lotus had some sets of red ones for both sides a couple of months ago although they were about £105 a piece  Worth a try because I got the last 2 L/H ones from Lotus, one went on the floor, the other Im cutting up to do the doors with.

Jim,

Welcome to LEC.

From experience, there can be problems with Lotus suppliers, even for a car as old as our own: Even if you can track down the OEM and manage to convert the Lotus part number to the OEM reference number and persuade them to run off a few, the quite often still work with Lotus and will respect the agreements they have with Lotus not to supply Lotus parts to the general public. That's not to say that they won't supply something to a pattern provided by the customer......

The simplest things can be the most difficult we have aproduct that we care passionately about as a young man this it was my dream to own a lotus now that I have finally got one I would dearly like to restore it to as close to its original state as physically possible to fulfil my dream and apassion I feel a little cheated that whilst this is cared about by so many passionate owners things like carpets can not be gained through lotus every thing deterates I could have brought a cortina MK2 and popprd out to the nearest national carpet and have them copy the pattern of the original but my passion is with lotus just for the pleasure to sit behind that little yellow badge with the black writing sad I know but we have chosen lotus lotus needs to invest a little time in us part number work back wards they must have some one that knows the original providers of this product was start there
