If all goes to plan we should be moving into our new house in the next few weeks. However all it takes is one person in the chain of four to back down and we're scuppered Fingers crossed.
Anyway, I now have a double garage all to myself! No washing machine, no loo rolls and hopefuly no more unexplained scratches on the car!

My designated job is the head gardener. If it all comes together i'm purchasing some of them false twisty plants from Costco.

Well the three storey house sale collapsed, after we had spent several hundred pounds on a valuation!
First buyer in a chain of four pulled out
Still, just had an offer accepted on a 17th century farmhouse. Only a single garage though.
Lets hope it goes through this time!

I've been made redundant 3 times and the 1st time hurts the most.
Look on it as a positive opportunity to use your current skills elsewhere or do something different. What about selling up, re-locating to France with Mrs Dico and Wee Dico and buying a few gites for rental? You'll probably need a shed for Monty to stay too!

Can't believe it. Not good news.
In your line of work, I'd have thought that where you're situated must be about the best location in the UK.
The job market in Aberdeen is very buoyant at the mo. You'd have to learn how to spik Doric, though.
