GST did a good job with EE too. Gerald kept all my old bits so he could show me where the head gasket had failed & how badly blocked the waterways were.
Yes the bill was big, but it also included a few belts (I supplied most), removing/refitting the manifolds, skimming the head and a new oil cooler.
Also got some good advice.
I do regular maintenance myself, but I now know who to call if I need any more major work doing.
