Lotus Elan Central

Hi i'm new to the forum now a proud owner of a white se turbo.

I noticed the other day that when i removed the air intake between the filter and the turbo there was oil present. It looks like its comming from the pipe that comes from the oil separator. I was wondering if a small amount should be expected?

Small amount normal; as you say, from the engine breather.

Gallons = problem.

yes, it's an emissions thing -- just clean up the oil if you see it

Ditto. All Lotus cars should be white by default. Just watch Pretty Woman a few times and you'll know why :wink:
