Recommended bodywork/paint shop in south-east UK?

Looking at getting my car's chassis etc re-undersealed over the winter, having just replaced wishbones, brake lines and other underbody bits.

Can anyone recommend a firm in the south east that they've used? I'm looking for an outfit that will do a proper preparation job, not just plaster the stuff on over existing dirt and rust.
