Redundancy 5 weeks before christmas!!!!!

Sorry to hear that, chap.

I'm sure it will all work out. House moving is a right pain. So help me, when we sell this place I'm going to move into a caravan and then seach for a house (or go on a world cruise  )

I'd recommend NZ - go for it.

All the very best

p.s. the syrup is at the dry cleaners - I'll post it as soon as I get it back

Yep, thats exactly what we are going to do Dave.
Mrs Dico is planning on getting a part time job (will still earn more than me! :? ), but take some time out, and spend quality time with Sam untill he starts school next September.
We can just about afford to pay off both our mortgages and buy the Mrs a car, to replace the company car, oh, and the new kitchen! :? . If theres any funds left we may be paying Mike a visit in September :P
4+ hours stuck in a damp bucket seat with a mad Irishman at the wheel - Deep joy!!!!
