Private Reg. Nos for LECers

Postby Dave Eds » Thu 22.11.2007, 21:06

Just for fun :D

Recently spotted P4 ULP and today saw D4 UET, although both on pick-up trucks

Never seen CHR 15T :(

and wouldn't want to see G4 YGH :gray:

Would love to get hold of D411 EDS or 5 PUD or Y10 EDS.

Any others?

1) R11 SSC
2) P1 NKY
3)

You can't have a newer plate on an older car, So you'll have to save Y10 EDS for your future Esprit.

Nobby has already got a great plate. M100 BRG is self-explanatory. :D

P 1 NKY is on the market at the moment, but it's up for £42,500, so I shan't be getting that one :D

In my previous existance I did own P 11 NKY, but sold it to fund the divorce buy-out  (It was a much more reasonable price of £2200 to buy, and sold for £3400).

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it

...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

Got "THE BARD" but since I'm in VA and it cost $10 to get I guess that doesn't count. Nearly got V6 LJP on Laura's Audi A4 V6 back in Blighty but the cost put us off!
Ford Fiesta Mk2, VW Polo, Golf GTi, Lotus Elan, Honda Accord Coupe V6.

Calypso Red Cali #7683 - Bought at 29,000 miles, and sold at 75,000miles.

Our DVLA are just a little inflexible compared to what you are used to in the US.

Ah yes, I remember having to play the "What can it stand for game", which meant M975PWP was the last three digits of the year of my birth plus My Perfectly White Polo, tragic! My first car was C272RAB, and CRAB wasn't too bad as my birthday is in July! The system over here does make more sense though, no inflated prices!
