Some interesting videos have been posted on YouTube testing various leading brands of tyre. Goodyear F1 come out top, closely followed by Michelin Pilot. Goodyears are best in the wet.

Having got F1's on at the moment & did have Michelin Pilots before, i pretty much concour with them findings, although the Michelins did give a softer more comfortable ride.
JPS M100 was built from bare chassis up to create one off M100 in the mould of JPS Team Lotus

One of the videos on Youtube says that in a FWD car the Michelin and Goodyears were separated by only half a point. Practically equal although the Goodyears get the nod in wet weather.
