Has anyone got one. It looks like ours may be the same as the Esprits and someone over on LEF has his car off the road because they are on back order!

Geoff, the frustrating thing is that they are only about $13 from Rockauto.
Hopefully Miss Daisy's driver will have one

I know. I've got one on order through Algirdas.
Check out the
LEF thread. If they are confirmed as the same, then SJ's list the Esprit one
A910E6928F for £12.03 or the Elan one
A100E6373S for £47.59!

Take a look at
this page.
It occured to me that since the Fiero fan control switch is a match, maybe the coolant temp switch would be too. It certainly looks physically the same (based on the pic above), at least the part you can see.
If you click the link to see all the vehicles it fits, you'll see the Isuzu Impulse is one of almost 200 GM cars of our era. Maybe it's the same as ours????
The supplier I linked to doesn't ship over seas, but if you can't find another one who does, I'm sure you could convince one of us on this side of the pond to relay to you.
Chris

Thanks Chris. We're waiting for some to make their way (indirectly) from Rockauto but I was just seeing if we could help this Esprit on the road PDQ.

Can't help with a new one - but i have a full set of sensors on the engine i got from the shagmeister.
If it helps, i can whip the bit off and stick in in an envelope.
It is (obviously) not a new part, but the motor was running when it got taken out of the car.
I'd be happy to loan it out until a new one could be obtained in due course, then have the old one back.
Dave
Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it
...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

As Alan says, the characteristics aren't the same. Come to think of it, has anyone confirmed that the Isuzu CTS
IS the same as ours?!?
