Housing Louvre Regulator

Has anyone replaced this? If so could you explain how you get the old one out as the top clips have snapped allowing it to pull away. I have ordered a new one but I know im stumped as to how to remove the old one?

I think it's pop the middle out...(louvre bit.. middle left and right pivot lugs)

right angle screw driver for the screws..

remove the Ty-wrap off the hose...

then remove the housing..

Not 100% sure thou...
