Sy<br><br>Received the disc today m8 but got the same problem as most others, disc appears blank.<br><br>I've got a CD writer & Nero/Roxio, nero shows nothing Roxio shows 1 session but can't read it - what software did you use to right it??  :)<br><br>Thanx

Now this time everything was finalised and I tested each one on my computer's DVD/CD drive - all were well.<br><br>Software is Adaptec Create CD and then just dragging and dropping in windows explorer.

Oooer sorry m8 didn't mean to offend   <br><br>Having read a few acticles it looks like disc burnt with drag to disc can only be read with the same software, I'm gonna see if I can download that old cheap version of yours & see what happens  ;D

Junks<br>I'm not enough of a techie to understand these compatibility issues, but I'm running XP, and it works for me, which is weird. All I can offer is to e-mail any of the pdf files any time you actually need one.<br><br>Sy - in case it pinpoints anything, I'll see if my older machines can read the disc, and if not, compare the software progs/versions. <br><br>David

David it's not that it won't work with XP just that the originating software won't but that's not to say there is no other software that wouldn't read it that will work with XP (I think or not maybe ,probably  ???  I'm sh*t hot @ explaining things aint I !) <br><br>What CD software have you got on your machine & what versions?<br><br>Thanx

Junks<br>Looks as though it's using Roxio version 6; I've copied it to my hard drive & then on to another CD: send me the address and I'll post you the copy. You never know.......<br><br>David

Thanx David your a star m8  ;) - I've downloaded so many "fixes" today that didn't work. The strange thing is it shows up as blank oin everything except Roxio 6 (which I've tried) but it just shows up as a blank session no data   ???<br><br>I've sent you a personal message<br><br>Thanx

Thanks Sy<br><br>I got my CD this morning and it all works brilliantly.  BTW for the others who have had problems reading it - that's on a new laptop running XP.<br><br>I'm really pleased .........really helpful as I've got a few things to sort out on my elan<br><br>Thanks again - Andrew
