Caveat: I'm no IT guru
This sounds like a cookies/history problem to me...

I'm strictly hardware John.
You want an IT expert.
You could try
bill.gates@microsoft.com.
Failing that, could you give an example of a problem thread please?

I hope the spam farmers haven't been on LEC, I'd hate Bill to be inconvenienced.

Go into user control panel (Profiles button at the top of the page) and select the Board preferences tab. Change the timezone to UTC-1.

UTC=GMT=Zulu - all of which are constants.
During the Winter months (until 28/29th March, this year) we're UTC.
Thereafter, until Autumn (Fall) we're UTC+1.
Alpha is a variable and equates to Local Time wherever you may be.

Bit Basher:
we'll Al claims to be one so I would imagine it's a term for an IT guru. I may have heard it derogatorily used for Software engineers (a race as weird as any known to man!).

Either:
a) Someone who searches for anal porn and someone who finds it.
b) Google and Yahoo search robots that mean that Googlers and Yahoo-ers can find information on the Elan.

Im still having problems staying logged on. Signal strenth goes and speed drops from 54 down to 0.1.link breaks shortly after. In order to get back on line. Ive either been switching off and re logging on .Or when it lets me i quickly change from Sky to Belkin which has a week signal and then back to sky This seems to put the speed and signal back up. Ive tried to delete cookies. But im not sure what this does. Please advise. Max&Andy
