Cooling leaks and fans and pumps

I've managed to get most of the parts I need from Rock Auto. Unfortunately they don't have enough valves for me so I've ordered 6 in and 2 ex and been looking at other sites for the remainder.
The only place I've found that sells them at a reasonble price is Parts.com. I have a US mail box, but they won't take my credit cards as the card providers are not in the US.
So...here's a big ask: Can anyone in the States place the order for me? It comes to about $170 and I will repay straight into bank account by EBT.

More parts problems -
I've asked the garage to port my wastegate. The turbo has been dismantled and the hole widened this afternoon. They have asked me to provide new gaskets for the turbo. I assume this is good practice so looked online and found that SJ sells them. They aren't crazy money but will take at least two weeks to get here. The garage wants to get rid of my car they've had it for months. More importantly a long weekend is coming up and it's my birthday on Saturday. So I want my car.
I reckon they can fabricate the gaskets. This garage if full of beautiful classics - 1960s Jags, Rollers, old Corvettes. I'd like to think they know what they are doing and probably have to do this often.
Anything to watch out for? eg what material should they be using / not using?
Or should I just order the parts and be patient?

Post up in the 'wanted' section with the part numbers of the gaskets you need and see if someone chirps up.

You never know, someone might have some spare that they dont mind parting with....or at least loan you until the order from SJ's comes through

I've taken the advice and ordered the proper parts. The car is still in the garage. May get to drive it this month if I'm lucky.

Was meant to pick up car today. It's been off the road for FOUR MONTHS!!
It's been so long waiting for a couple of gaskets, I've fitted a bunch of upgrades in the meantime including Bob's front Hispecs with braded hoses.
Found out the master cylinder's gone.

I've got the AC Delco part numbers so might be able to order direct from their website in the States, but can anyone tell me which GMs share the same master cylinder? This might help me source it locally. Today I've done several rounds of
"It's a Lotus"
"Focus?"
"No LOTus"
"Lexus?"
"NO LOTUS. LOOOTUS"
GIve me strength
Also, any idea if the AC Delco Durastop is worth having instead of the regular one and if so, do they share the same reservoir?

As explained earlier in the elanscan section, my cooling woes have returned.
Well, no leaks so far but despite changing the theromostat, fitting a low switch and a new head gasket, I still seem to be running hot. Elanscan reading looks like this:

I had the AC operating from 1300secs on while sitting in traffic.
Can anyone please suggest what's happening and what I can do about it. Extra-low temp Dickman switch? Relocation to Siberia?

As I see it the temperatures are within acceptable limits all be it a little on the higher side but that my be due to the ambient temperature.
The cooling system should not boil until it has reached 130 deg C due to the fact it is a pressurised system (17.5 psi) plus anti freeze not only protects against freezing and protects the internal components but also helps raise the boiling point.

The small electric pump is there to reduce heat soak when the engine is shut down by circulating coolant until the temperature has dropped below 103 deg C, which is still above the boiling point of water at sea level at atmospheric pressure. This pump only cuts in when the ignition is switched off.
The fans them selves are not supposed to cut in until 110 deg C which I think in most cases is about 3/4 on the temp gauge.

Is your header tank cap working correctly and seal the system?

You have the add disadvantage of having air con as this restricts the flow of air across the radiator and I assume you have checked that these items are clean and clear of any obstructions like a multitude of dead flying beasties etc.

From your diagram even with the air con on you are still below the point the fans would cut in, so does the car "boil over" when switched off?
If this is the case do the fans run when the engine is off but the ignition is on? which would indicate a temperature above 103 deg C but has to reach 110 deg C before they will switch on and/or is the electric pump running with the ignition off?
If the car is "boiling over" with the fans or circ pump not running then I would suspect a faulty header tank cap. If the temperature get above 105 deg C and the system is not pressurising then the coolant will boil and that is assuming a mix of water and anti freeze if it is just water it will boil at 100 deg C
