Back on topic. I do have one last BOV setup sans hoses as well as one standard intake pipe. Both unpolished. I did some hunting with Ekapol and realized we left one at the welder's. I can get the silicone connectors should the end user wish.

Sorry i bit thick Ive been working all night. Is that For two pipes like in the photos? I mean the one to the trash can. How much would you be asking in £ please? What where the final shipping costs. If the BOv was fed into the trash can would there be much noise. Was just looking without the BOv. hoping you would do a run without Bov. I thought it might start getting a bit complicated with one. But with the cracking job you have done we could be interested. If it is the pipe from turbo to trash can we would definitely like that if you will split. Max & Andy

I have both the BOV pipe, intake pipe and Greddy BOV. I would need to get the silicone hoses if the end user would like. The pipes are currently unpolished but again should the end user wish I can polish them out. I'll post pricing with and without Samco hoses when I get back to San Francisco. Please be aware that special colours do cost extra according to Samco.

.......and they're gone. If there is enough interest I might be coaxed to doing another run of just pipes. I'd need a minimum of 6 for my guy to do it.

I'd still like one of these set ups if there is one going. The carbon pipes I have are very nice to look at but not brilliantly functional as the hoses have a habit of popping off because there are no beads on the end of the pipes.

This run will be for both the trashcan to turbo and the BOV pipe. This will be for just the pipes unless otherwise stated. Pipes will come unpolished again unless otherwise stated. I'll do my best to keep costs down to make this a super budget run. BOV's are the same story,not included unless otherwise stated.

Also just a quick word on BOV's, these pipes will only fit Greddy BOV's or units with the same bolt base. From experience do not get a knockoff Greddy valve. They tend to leak and or sieze. I had a Mitsu Eclipse this past week in my friend shop with a knockoff that I was asked to troubleshoot. Conclusion? Bad valve. The actuating diaphram siezed in the open position.

Why do people choose the Samco hoses over standard? Are generic hoses that bad for intake duty?

Can you get standard ones in different colours? The chance to glam up the engine a bit. I wanted all the hoses purple but watching Andy try and change two today i don't think we are going to bother. Max. ;-)

I believe the generic hoses are only available in black red and blue. They're good hoses but they do not match Samco colours. Alot of people have Samco coolant hoses and wanted hoses to match

Can I ask what the cost is like for the BOV pipe, turbo to trashcan pipe, and the BOV (Greddy BOV?)
I would be interested in this as I've been looking to make this change but am a bit unsure what I need in order to have a kit to put straight on :-D

I just got round to fitting my kit the other day, so thought i'd post a quick picture. I got the full kit with both top and bottom pipes and BOV and blue samco hoses to match my blue samco coolant hoses.

Everything is hooked up apart from connecting the recirculating bit into the existing airbox/trashcan, as that's the only thing the full kit doesn't include. I didn't realise this until I got half way htrough fitting (which, by the way, was really quite straightforward and a testament to the quality of the parts) so for the time being I have the 'chavvy' hissing noise every time I change gear.

Quick question to others in the UK that plumbed in the recirculating pipe, what did you use to tap it into the airbox/trashcan, and what did you use to cut a hole in the side of the airbox/trashcan? Pictures would be good if you have any. Ta

Looks good. Just a small asthetic bit, you may want to trim the throttle body side of the BOV pipe's 45 to give better clearance. It will make for a neater install.

Most use a holesaw to cut into the trashcan. A few have purchased a 1" plastic hose barb with one end threaded. Halfords I believe carrys them.

The final pricing will really depend on what you want. If it's just the piping unpolished and a Greddy BOV guessing... Around $450-500USD. May be cheaper than that depending on my supply and fabr's costs. This would be again for both the intake and BOV pipes and Greddy BOV only. Generic hoses are available with the kit as well. I'm not sure I want to go down the Samco road again. They're good hoses but the US distributor can take quite awhile and I'm looking to do a quick turnaround as I still have the rear valance project ongoing.
