The car's still up on ramps, but I'll give you an answer in a few days. I measured the gap on each adjustment screw before I took the lamp assy apart, and reassembled accordingly, so very little aiming should be required.

1/8" flat Al bracket to ensure that the plastic piece cannot warp. Warpage causes the majority of oil leaks here as the rubber O-ring then becomes canted within the channel, pulling it progressively out of contact.

General statement here: I had not intended to replace many of my coolant hoses this week, but am noticing how even hoses on a seldom used car (16k) are nearly dryrotted. Obviously we've not had reports of people being stranded with burst hoses, but it is still bothersome to think about on any car still with the original hoses. I hope to stop short of replacing the BIG hoses this week! I actually am at a logical 'hose' stopping point now, but???

The contrast thing works...either silver or black... Silver for me...
I think you've got a bit of corrosion there

Silver +1
With the silver wires, BOV, etc. it just looks right. Nice job!

Actually I freshly polished the 'O' but not the other letters (yet)!

It's the cover on the little 'box' which the fuel vapors from the engine (there's a port in the cam cover) are scrubbed of oil before being routed back into the intake tract. In my 1st three pictures it has a yellow cover on it, afterwards a black cover.
BTW I'm leaving on Tues for surgery and probably won't back until the weekend.

Nitroman are the pipes the same as the ones Marie is doing the group buy with. Just painted with calliper paint instead of polishing. Max & Andy

Nope - they're from an outfit here in the states called Top End:
http://racetep.com/lotus.html Their pipe utilizes a TurboXS brand blow-off valve, whereas LGM's is made for a GReddy BOV.
