Im thinking about changing the HG myself, do I really need an engine crane to lift off the cylinder head, or can it be done pretty easily with two people? Dont really want to shell out three figures for something that I will only use for one day!
Cheers in advance,
Marcus

I can't answer your question directly, but can tell you that you can hire them at pretty reasonable rates for a few days. I did this for an engine swap in my Seven.

Marcus,
You won’t need an engine crane to lift the cylinder head off. Two of you will manage quite easily.
