Does anyone know H 290 LPA?

Does anyone know H 290 LPA - I have just agreed to buy it and would welcome any info. I am in the Derbyshire area and am new to the club so would welcome contact with local enthusiasts.

Hi Both - Sorry it's taken me so long to respond. I've bought the car from classic car dealer Bill Postins in Balsall Common,Coventry, although I have yet to collect it as he is away and is having a few minor jobs done and a cambelt. Should get it at the beginning of next month. The car is BRG with approx 30,000 miles and seems in excellent condition. It has one previous owner whose details I forgot to write down when I saw the car and wondered if they were or had been a member of Lotus Elan Central.All will no doubt be revealed when I get the car and the documentation! I live in Milford near Belper so Buxton is definitely in striking distance! How do I get to know about your events please Gareth? - Roger
