windscreen defrost vents

do you know where they came from? I would find out them, expecially the centre one that is bended by the sun.

Ciao,
Perugia is in Umbria that is in the centre of Italy. Tuscany (Toscana, in Italian) borders on Umbria. Perugia-Florence is about 1 hour and half by car! Anyway since 2005 I live near Parma, about 400km from Perugia. But I feel still "from Perugia"!
Could you give me the way to pay the shipment of the vents, please?
