This has to be a good deal:
SE turbo (M100) - DistributerI had a look on my Elan to see if the distributor needed replacing, and to my horror I found that I haven't got one at all! It must have fallen off somewhere, maybe when I went over a speed bump. So I'm going to get this one from eBay and hopefully the car should run a lot better.

this seller has loads of M100 stuff incl a "rocker" cover (cam cover?) all pick up only. He's not far from me if any of you are bidding and need stuff collecting for onward transport via the "old boys" network.

And I got all excited thinking a "distributor" for a Tenner,
A spare for the N/A perhaps...
Nope, false alarm....
TTFN
If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire... The N/A-Team.

Still, a CAS for a tenner. That's still got to be a good buy?

Well, you should have put a bid in last week then - before news broke of it's existance!
(don't forget, you can still get a brand new one delivered to your door for about $120-$130)

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it
...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

No mileage stated... I'd personally steer clear as it could be on it's last legs and let's face it if they hadn't worked out that no place for HT leads means it ain't a distributor then I wouldn't have much faith in any claims of working order
