Well sadly the time has come

Postby Spark » Mon 28.09.2009, 19:34

Hi all well the time has come after 7 years of almost trouble free motoring the elan needs a rebuild after the nut came off fifth gear and caused havoc its now got a spot of rod knock so after having a walk around her and making a list of what needs doing the list became fairly major the suspention bushes are all worn the brakes are on there last legs the interior is starting to show its age and the paint work is looking a bit shabby in places. So the time has come for a rebuild :D

Good luck with the project, plenty of help and advice available here and always assistance in finding the parts needed.
