Need new boot cover

I need a new boot cover for the stick shift. Is there a universal one I can get or part number for this item?

Note that this is the rubber shift gaiter that fits under the leather gaiter.

So I also have to buy the leather boot cover.... to go over the rubber one right?

FOr the leather boot cover, can it be a universal one? on ebay maybe? or is there a lotus one?

Also. how do USA people buy these parts on the lotus parts list out in europe???
