Can I change the description under my ID?

When I post, under my avitar and ID is the word "Newbie". Can I change this? I notice various different descriptions members have, and although I've only been a member for a few months, I really don't feel like a newbie anymore, having attended group meets, personal meets, sold stuff, bought stuff, and received and given loads of advice! Is it a mod thing to change?

It's based on the number of posts you have made on the forum. You may not feel like a newbie, but I certainly feel like a god!
